- 6:00 AM – Bib number pick-up begins (available until 30 minutes before each race start).
- 7:00 AM – Start of the 53 km Ultratrail with a pre-race briefing.
- 8:30 AM – Start of the 21.8 km Trail with a pre-race briefing.
- 9:00 AM – Start of the 10 km walk, free pace and Nordic Walking.
- 9:00 AM – Start of the “Freewheel Start”: accompanied walk for athletes in wheelchairs.
- 11:30 AM – Award ceremony begins.
- 12:00 PM – Free lunch for Trail and Ultratrail athletes at Casa del Popolo and Circolo MCL in Mercatale.
Accompanying persons and 10 km participants may join at a special price of €15.00.
