- 1 energy bar to be taken 30 minutes before the start to replenish energy stores.
- 1 magnesium liquid to be taken 10 minutes before the start to provide coverage for longer periods against the formation of lactic acid.
- 5 super liquid gels to cover the race normally: Born recommends one every 30/35 minutes.
- 1 Energy gel for extra energy to be taken halfway through the race.
- 1 Watts and mineral sachet for a 500 ml bottle of salts.
All for just 15 euros.
Our partner Born-Italia, an internationally renowned sports nutrition company, has prepared a package specifically for the 21.8 km Trail race.
At our bib collection stand, you can find the package containing:
- 1 Xtra 2:1 glucose fructose bar to be taken after breakfast, but 30 minutes before the start.
- 1 Magnesium liquid to be taken 10 minutes before the start.
- 3 assorted SUPER LIQUID GEL to be taken one every 30/40 minutes after the start. These gels absolutely do not need water.
- 1 electrolyte Watts & Minerals to drink in a bottle before or during the race.
All for the race price of 10 euros.
