Athletes registered for the competitive distances of 21.8 km and 53 km at the Chianti Classico Marathon will have another reason to celebrate their achievement: in their race packs, they will find a prestigious bottle of Chianti Classico San Michele a Torri – Tenuta “La Gabbiola”, a wine that embodies the authentic spirit of the region.
A wine that tells the story of the Chianti land 🌿
Made primarily from Sangiovese and Syrah, this Chianti Classico is grown on oligocene soils, formed around 25 million years ago. The soil, made up of sandstones and clays, gives the wine structure, depth, and great aging potential.
