On Saturday, May 10, 2025, the museum hosts a one-hour visit that combines theory and practice, guiding visitors through the various stages of artisanal pasta production. The tour includes:
- Pasta Workshop: from grinding the wheat to making fresh pasta using historical machines;
- Practical demonstration on how gluten forms;
- In-depth exploration of the differences between ancient and modern wheat varieties;
- Comparison between industrial and artisanal pasta to understand what makes traditional production unique;
- Visit to the production area, with the use of original 1950s machines;
- Exploration of the drying rooms, essential for obtaining high-quality pasta.
An expert guide will accompany visitors, sharing fascinating insights and secrets of artisanal pasta.
